Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes. Beat in remaining ingredients except banana, chocolate chips and syrup just until smooth. Whisk milk, egg, oil, and vanilla in a large measuring cup.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and kosher salt. Whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients: flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, sugar.
Evenly distribute most of the banana slices on top of the pancakes, reserving a few slices for garnish.
Combine the flour, sugar, wheat germ, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl; set aside.
Heat a skillet to medium and add a little vegan butter or spray generously with olive oil or coconut oil spray. Place biscuit mix in a large bowl. Cook about two minutes or until tops are bubbly.
