Let the chocolate mixture come to room temperature. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Serve cold topped with mini chocolate chips if desired (its yummy that way!).
Let stand until mixture is cool and just beginning.
