10th Digit Vin Chart. The VIN for each vehicle is unique. Many cars are made up to a year befor they are sold.
The first three digits of the VIN are related to the World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI) number. The second digit in the VIN indicates the region. I, O, and Q are not allowed in a valid VIN; for this chart, they have been filled in with N/A (not applicable).
VIN digit number ten is by far the most referenced, in the car business, for quick age verification of a vehicle.
