In a large mixing bowl, cream together your melted butter and white sugar until smooth. Combine cake mix, yogurt, water, oil, eggs, and pudding mix in a large bowl. OR spray well with cake release spray with flour already in it.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix in the self-raising and plain flour, followed by the melted white chocolate (allow to cool slightly before adding).
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating to. In a large bowl, beat together the coconut oil, yogurt, eggs, sugar, buttermilk, and vanilla. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
